Joel T. Zenger

Joel has a wide range of experience in the areas of complex business and commercial disputes.  For the first sixteen years of his law practice, Joel practiced at two of Utah’s leading boutique commercial litigation law firms, representing a broad range of clients in commercial litigation matters, including trademark disputes, antirust disputes, employment disputes, and business ownership disputes.  For the past nine years, Joel was General Counsel for a national property management company, overseeing all legal matters.  Joel has extensive experience in everything from trademark disputes to complex multi-district antitrust class action lawsuits.  This broad experience has given Joel an extensive tool kit to resolve disputes in the most efficient, cost-effective manner.   

Joel’s current practice focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on matters involving contract enforcement, business ownership, non-compete agreements, fraudulent transfers, construction defects, trademark enforcement, and real estate.
