Dominic’s legal practice has focused on business dispute and real estate litigation. Dominic also has experience in civil rights litigation, business contract litigation, construction litigation, and probate litigation, among other areas. He has handled such matters in state, federal, and administrative settings. Dominic’s clients have ranged from major corporations to pro bono debtors, with everything in between. Regardless of the client’s status, Dominic strives to zealously represent those he serves.
During law school, Dominic was a Lead Note and Comment Editor for BYU Law Review. While still a student, Dominic used Utah’s Student Practice Rule to successfully try a real estate dispute in a three-day bench trial, in addition to arguing various matters before the state court.
Outside his legal career, Dominic is interested in Utah’s local music scene, where has played in local bands and booked touring bands to play at venues across Salt Lake and Utah Counties. Dominic is also interested in hiking, skiing, and all of Utah’s beautiful landscapes.
